      Hi Jeena, thank you for your inquiry. You can call me at 019-2446600. Please order at least 2 days ahead as we make only sourdough breads which require overnight fermentations. Thanks.

    Hi, I saw that you posted that you use unbleached flour. Is it wheat flour? Do you have anything gluten free?
